2) Unique Natural History of the Region

 

Ø      to stress the native biodiversity, overlooked species, and rare & endangered species of the region including:

 

§         biodiversity of northwest Florida & the northern Gulf Coast

§         amphibians & reptiles

§         Gopher tortoises

§         bats

§         scorpions

§         dragonflies

§         carnivorous plants 

§         distinctive ecosystems

§         rare & endangered species
